Is Hard Water Used for Washing Causing White Streaks on My Every’s Windshield?

After washing my Suzuki Every with regular tap water, I often see white streaks and spots on the windshield. Could this be due to hard water, and if so, what’s the best way to wash the car in Pakistan’s water conditions?
