Is road noise from Hyundai Elantra tyres a common issue in Pakistan?

There’s noticeable road noise at higher speeds, and I suspect its coming from the tyres. I’m using the factory-fitted Nexen tyres. Are other Elantra owners in Pakistan facing the same issue? Would switching to Michelin o r Continental tyres help reduce the cabin noise?
