Is the Auto Climate Control in the Elantra Effective in Pakistan’s Hot Weather?

Some drivers feel that the Elantra’s auto AC system doesnt cool the cabin quickly enough during extreme summer conditions. Is the system underpowered for local temperatures, o r could there be calibration o r gas pressure issues?

While the Elantra’s auto climate control is designed for efficiency, extreme summer temperatures in Pakistan—often exceeding 40°C—can challenge its cooling capacity. Dust accumulation in the AC filters and condenser reduces airflow and cooling efficiency over time. If the system isn’t cooling quickly enough, it may also be due to low refrigerant levels o r faulty sensors that affect temperature regulation. Routine servicing including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant gas pressure, and calibrating sensors will improve performance.
