Sliding Door Interior Panel Rattles on Bumpy Roads – Any Fix for This in Suzuki Every?

There’s an annoying rattling sound coming from the interior panel of the sliding door in my 2016 Suzuki Every. It’s worse on speed breakers o r rough roads here in Faisalabad. Has anyone else faced this? How do I stop the noise without removing the whole panel?

Interior door panel rattling is typically caused by:

Loose clips o r missing fasteners

Plastic-on-metal vibrations during road impact

Weak insulation o r padding inside the door

How to fix:

Remove the sliding door panel and add foam tape o r rubber washers where the panel touches the frame.

Tighten o r replace any broken plastic clips.

You can also add a thin layer of soundproofing material inside the door to reduce vibration noise.

This fix can be done at home o r by a local car audio o r upholstery shop.
