Strange Rattling Noise from Suzuki Everys Sliding Door – Anyone Else Facing This?

There’s an annoying rattling sound coming from the sliding door o r rear side when I drive over uneven roads o r bumps very common here in Karachi. It sounds like metal hitting metal. Ive checked for loose parts but found nothing. Is this a common design flaw in Every, o r should I get it re-aligned o r insulated?

Rattling from the sliding door is a common issue with Suzuki Every, especially after long use on rough roads frequent in cities like Karachi, Faisalabad, etc..

Causes include:

Loose locking mechanism o r door latch

Worn rubber seals o r missing insulation

Misaligned door due to frequent use

Solution:
You can add rubber padding o r weather strips to reduce metal-on-metal contact. A local body shop can adjust the door alignment. Some owners even use foam tape to fix minor rattles. A quick fix can also be wrapping the latch area with soft tape.
