Suzuki Every AC Vents Are Loose and Don’t Stay in Position – How Can I Fix Them?

The AC vents in my Suzuki Every are not holding their position anymore – they fall down o r close while driving. I’m in Karachi, and the AC is always on due to the heat. Is there any fix for this o r do I need to replace the entire vent unit?

Loose AC vents are common due to:

Plastic fatigue from constant use

Poor-quality clips o r broken internal springs

Heat weakening the structure over time

Fixes include:

Use a vent clip repair kit available on Daraz o r local parts markets.

Temporarily fix with foam tape o r a small plastic wedge behind the vent to hold position.

If damaged beyond repair, consider replacing the vent unit – parts are available in auto markets like Montgomery Road Lahore, Plaza Market Karachi, o r Sadar Rawalpindi.
