United Bravo Battery Drains Overnight – What Could Be the Cause?
I own a 2021 United Bravo, and recently the battery keeps dying overnight even though I make sure all lights and accessories are off. I got the battery checked, and it’s fine when charged, but after parking overnight, the car won’t start in the morning. Could there be a wiring fault, alternator issue, o r some hidden power drain? Has anyone else faced this problem in their Bravo?

Gari Master - on 08 Nov 2025 15:53:41 pmThis is a very common issue with the United Bravo. The most frequent causes are:
⚡ Parasitic electrical drain: Some units have wiring faults o r accessories like the digital meter, central locking, o r stereo that continue drawing current even when the ignition is off.
🔋 Weak stock battery: The original Exide o r AGS 35Ah battery that comes with the car is often underpowered.
🔌 Alternator leakage o r faulty relay: A stuck relay especially for the ECU o r headlights can drain the battery overnight.
Fix / Recommendation:
Get a parasitic drain test done by an auto electrician. They can check which circuit keeps drawing current when the car is off.
Upgrade the battery to a higher capacity e.g., AGS GL-50 o r Phoenix XP-50.
Check alternator output should be around 13.8–14.2V with engine running.
Disconnect the battery overnight to confirm if the issue is drain o r internal leakage.
