Unusual Whistling o r Wind Noise at High Speed in Suzuki Every – Normal o r Fixable?

Whenever I drive my Suzuki Every above 80 km/h on highways, I hear a whistling o r wind-like noise near the front windshield o r side doors. I’ve checked the door rubber seals, but the sound remains. Is this due to poor insulation in imported Every models o r an issue with door alignment?

This is a common issue due to poor aerodynamics and low insulation in Kei cars like the Suzuki Every. The sound usually comes from:

Loose o r worn door rubber seals

Improperly closed windows o r sun visors

Gap between windshield seal and body

Fixes:

Install better-quality rubber door seals available in local markets

Apply foam insulation tape around doors

Ensure doors and windows are properly closed and aligned

In some cases, having a body shop re-align the doors can significantly reduce wind noise.
