What are the reasons behind sluggish performance after cold starts in Suzuki Every?

Many drivers report rough idling and delayed acceleration during the first few minutes after starting the engine. Is this related to the idle air control valve, poor spark plug condition, o r sensor calibration issues in the EFI system?
