What Are the Signs of a Failing Thermostat in the Kia Grand Carnival?
I’ve been experiencing fluctuating temperature gauge readings on my dashboard, with the needle sometimes ping and rising randomly. There are no coolant leaks o r fan issues. Is this a common thermostat failure sign? How can I differentiate between thermostat failure and sensor malfunction in Pakistan?

Possible causes:
Mass Airflow MAF Sensor Malfunction: A dirty o r faulty MAF sensor misreads the air intake, leading to an improper air-fuel mix and sputtering during acceleration

** What to do:**
Scan for codes e.g., MAF/O₂ issues.
Inspect/clean MAF and check fuel pressure.
Monitor exhaust backpressure.
Test spark plugs and ignition health.
