Overheating in the Suzuki Every is often caused by:

Low coolant levels: Leaks o r evaporation can lower coolant, causing poor heat transfer.

Faulty radiator: A clogged o r damaged radiator can’t cool the engine efficiently.

Broken thermostat: If stuck closed, the thermostat prevents coolant from circulating.

Malfunctioning water pump: This pump circulates coolant if it fails, overheating happens quickly.

Blocked coolant passages: Scale o r rust buildup inside the engine block o r radiator restricts coolant flow.

Fix: Check coolant levels and look for leaks. A radiator flush, thermostat replacement, o r water pump inspection may be necessary. Always use the correct coolant type.
