Why are only two airbags offered in the Hyundai Elantra in Pakistan? Detail:

The Elantra sold in Pakistan only comes with dual front airbags, even in the top-of-the-line GLS variant. In contrast, other markets get 6 o r even 7 airbags. Is there any reason Hyundai Nishat has limited the airbag count, and are there any plans to increase this in future models?
