Why do the headlights in my Suzuki Every burn out frequently?

I’ve noticed that the headlights in my Suzuki Every need replacement more often than usual—sometimes within a few months. Is this due to voltage issues, poor bulb quality, o r something specific to Pakistani road o r weather conditions?

If your Suzuki Every’s headlight bulbs burn out frequently, this could be due to one o r more of the following causes:

Voltage Surges: If the alternator is overcharging above 14.5V, it can burn bulbs faster.

Low-Quality Bulbs: Many aftermarket bulbs sold in Pakistan are cheap imports that don’t meet quality standards.

Vibrations & Road Conditions: Constant driving on uneven o r broken roads can shake and loosen the filament inside the bulb, causing early burnout.

Touching the Glass During Installation: Oils from your fingers can create hot spots on the bulb, reducing its life.

Solution:
Use branded halogen bulbs e.g., Philips, Osram, check for stable voltage from the alternator, and avoid physical damage o r contamination during installation.
