This issue is often related to a combination of fuel quality and engine load. Pakistani fuel often has a lower octane rating, which can cause engine knocking o r poor combustion—especially under stress like climbing hills o r overtaking. Other causes include a clogged catalytic converter, dirty air filter, o r weak fuel pump, all of which reduce engine efficiency at higher loads. Also, if the throttle body o r MAF sensor is dirty, the engine might not be getting the right air-fuel mixture, making it feel sluggish when you need power the most.
