Why does my Suzuki Every battery die if the van is not used for a few days?

If I dont start my Suzuki Every for 2–3 days, the battery is completely dead. Is this normal for a 660cc vehicle, o r could something like a faulty relay o r security system be draining power when the car is off?

This typically indicates a slow electrical drain when the van is off. Common causes include:

A GPS tracker o r security system drawing power

Clock o r stereo memory drain

Faulty relays stuck in the “on” position

An old o r weak battery that discharges quickly
Even a healthy battery will slowly discharge if left unused, but it shouldn’t die completely in 2–3 days. To prevent this:

Disconnect the negative terminal if storing for long

Consider using a battery disconnect switch

Have a mechanic perform a current draw test to identify hidden drains
