Why Does the Inside of My Suzuki Every’s Windshield Get Streaky o r Foggy So Often?

The inside of my Every’s windshield regularly gets a streaky film o r fog, especially during early mornings o r when the AC is on. Is this due to poor ventilation, air pollution buildup, o r something wrong with the defogger system?
