Why Does the Uconnect System in My Jeep Cherokee Keep Freezing o r Disconnecting?

I own a 2015 Jeep Cherokee, and the Uconnect infotainment system frequently freezes o r disconnects from my phone via Bluetooth. Ive tried resetting the system, but the issue persists. Is this a common problem among Cherokee owners in Pakistan? What steps can I take to resolve it?
