Why Doesn’t Android Auto o r Apple CarPlay Work Reliably in My Kia Grand Carnival?

I’ve noticed that Android Auto o r Apple CarPlay often disconnects o r fails to connect at all in my Kia Grand Carnival. I’ve tried using different USB cables and phones, but the issue still occurs randomly. Is this a known problem with the infotainment system in Pakistan? Could it be due to outdated firmware o r local compatibility issues?
