Why Doesn’t Android Auto o r Apple CarPlay Work Reliably in My Kia Grand Carnival?

I’ve heard there are software updates available for the Kia Grand Carnival’s infotainment system that improve performance and compatibility. However, I’m not sure how o r where to get these updates in Pakistan. Can owners update the system themselves, o r is it only done through Kia dealerships? Any help from someone who has successfully updated in Pakistan would be appreciated.
