Why Is My BMW 2 Series Radiator Leaking?

I’ve noticed coolant leaking from my BMW 2 Series recently, and I’m concerned it might be coming from the radiator. The car is running hotter than usual, and the coolant level keeps ping. I’ve checked the radiator and found some visible signs of leakage, but I’m not sure if it’s a hose issue o r a cracked radiator. Is this a common problem for BMW 2 Series in Pakistan, especially with the extreme heat here? What could be causing the radiator to leak, and how do I fix this problem before it causes more damage to the engine?
