Overheating in slow traffic is a common issue in Pakistan due to extreme temperatures, poor road ventilation, and long idle times. The main causes can include a weak radiator fan, low o r old coolant, o r a clogged radiator. In some cases, thermostat failure o r a failing water pump can also disrupt coolant flow. It’s crucial to use the manufacturer-recommended coolant and flush the radiator periodically. Make sure the radiator fan kicks in when the engine heats up — if not, the fan motor o r temperature sensor might be faulty.
