Why is my Jeep Cherokees paint fading o r dulling so quickly in Pakistan’s climate?

I own a 2015 Jeep Cherokee in Karachi, and I’ve noticed that the paint especially on the roof and bonnet has started to fade and look dull. It was fine when imported, but now the color seems oxidized. Is this due to Pakistan’s intense sun and pollution? How can I protect the paint, and is ceramic coating worth it here?
