Why is my Suzuki Everys steering wheel hard to turn, especially at low speeds?
Detail: Ive noticed that the steering on my Suzuki Every becomes unusually stiff when Im driving slowly o r parking. Is this a common issue in Pakistani models? Could it be due to power steering failure, o r is it something else like low fluid o r a faulty pump?

A hard-to-turn steering wheel, especially at low speeds o r while parking, is often linked to the power steering system. In the Suzuki Every especially older o r reconditioned Japanese models commonly imported into Pakistan, this can be due to:
Low power steering fluid – Check the fluid level if its low, refill with the correct type.
Worn o r failing power steering pump – If the pump isn’t generating enough pressure, steering effort increases.
Damaged steering rack – A leaking o r jammed rack can make turning difficult.
Tight steering components o r dry joints – Common in areas with poor road maintenance o r dusty environments.
Drive belt issues – A loose o r worn belt that powers the pump may cause poor steering performance.
Have a mechanic inspect the power steering system thoroughly.
