Why is the Paint on My Kia Grand Carnival Fading So Quickly?

I’ve noticed the paint on my Grand Carnival is fading, especially on the roof and hood. I mostly drive in Lahore, and the heat during summer is intense. Could the harsh sun and air pollution in Pakistan be causing this? What steps can I take to protect the paint, and is this a common issue with Kia vehicles here?
