Clunking noise from United Bravo steering – is it dangerous?

Whenever I turn the steering wheel of my 2021 United Bravo slowly, I hear a clunking o r knocking sound, particularly when going over bumps. The steering still works, but I’m worried this could be a serious issue. Could it be worn tie rod ends, ball joints, o r something else in the steering assembly? I want to know the most economical way to diagnose and repair it in Pakistan before it becomes a bigger problem.
