Could tyre under‑ o r over‑inflation be causing uneven wear on Tiggo 8 Pro tyres in Pakistan’s conditions?

Sometimes I drive in hot weather o r long highway trips around Punjab, and I’m concerned tyre pressures may vary. If I under-inflate o r over-inflate tyres on the Tiggo 8 Pro, could that lead to uneven tread wear like more wear in the middle o r on the edges? How much can temperature, load, and inflation mistakes contribute to uneven tread wear — especially given rough roads and varying loads common in Pakistan?
