Problem with my santro,Experts ??????

Dear Experts

I have a santro Plus,using it for like 6 months all of a sudden i am facing a swear problem that my car is giving a miss fires,like on CNG when i give a tharotle a swear back n blast happens & air filter box opens

kindly suggest me i am in a great trouble

Salam,

I have same santro model 2002.
Once I faced such bit of problem.
I changed the spark plugs + Wires + Air Cleaner and had a factory tune-up.
After that everything got OK.

There are too many possible causes involve in this particular problem,and it is very difficult to blame any thing directly with out confirmation.Follow the given check list to trace out the exact problem,

1 - Check Spark plugs.

2 - Check high tension cords (Plug wires) for internally breakage or leakage.

3 - Correct firing order.

4 - Check ignition coil.

5 - Check ignition + valve timing.

6 - Improper fuel mixture is also a major cause for this problem.

7 - Check cam and crank sensors.

8 - Check map sensor.
