Why does my Mini Cooper make noises while turning in Pakistan?

: I hear squeaking o r knocking noises from the steering when making turns, especially on bumpy roads in Pakistan. Could this be due to worn bushings, steering column problems, o r low power steering fluid? How can I identify the exact cause and prevent further damage?

Squeaking, knocking, o r creaking noises while steering often indicate mechanical issues:

Worn steering column bushings o r universal joints can produce squeaks.

Low power steering fluid may cause whining o r groaning.

Suspension issues such as worn ball joints, control arm bushings, o r stabilizer links produce clunks.

CV joints o r wheel bearings may also cause knocking sounds when turning.

Solutions & Preventive Measures:

Check and top up power steering fluid.

Inspect bushings, joints, and bearings replace if worn.

Lubricate steering and suspension components as recommended.

Avoid potholes and rough terrain whenever possible to reduce wear.
