Why is only one door’s power lock malfunctioning while others work fine?

On my Tiggo 8 Pro, I noticed that pressing the lock/unlock remote o r button works correctly for all doors except, say, the rear left door — that door remains locked o r unlocked regardless of button press. Other doors respond normally. What are the likely causes — a bad actuator in that door, broken wiring o r connector in the door harness especially near the hinge, o r a faulty lock switch for that door?

If only one door doesn’t respond:

Failed actuator in that door: The motor may have burned out o r stuck.

Wiring o r connector damage: Cables running through the door hinge can break o r wear out, interrupting the signal.

Faulty lock switch if equipped: The in-door button may fail locally for that door.

Action:

Inspect and test the actuator in the affected door.

Check wiring harness and connectors for continuity, especially near the hinge.

Replace the actuator if the motor is dead o r unresponsive.
