Nov 16 2024I’ve had a terrible experience with Hyundai. After some time, I started facing tyre issues, and when I approached their service team, they completely ignored me and told me they couldn’t do anything. The customer service was very unhelpful and disappointing.
In terms of quality, the car itself has been underwhelming, especially considering the local manufacturing. The parts made in Pakistan seem to be of poor quality compared to the imported ones.
Overall, I am very unhappy with both the car’s performance and Hyundai’s customer service. I expected much better from a brand like Hyundai, but sadly, this has been a very frustrating experience.
