Deosai And Skardu Visit On Sorento From Karachi
Nov 16 2024I was previously the owner of a 2015 and 2017-18 Fortuner, which I kept for around three years each, before switching to the Kia Sorento. After owning both, I can confidently say that the Sorento outperforms the Fortuner in every aspect.
I recently took the Sorento on a long trip from Karachi to Skardu, Deosai, and other hilly terrains, and I was thoroughly impressed. The vehicle was incredibly comfortable, fuel-efficient, and a pleasure to drive with cruise control and A/C on for the entire journey. Over the course of the trip, it gave me an average of 9.2 liters/100 km, which I found quite good for such a long and varied drive.
One of the standout features was the vehicles clearance — even in the challenging Deosai region, where other vehicles like the Prado are commonly hired, the Sorento never touched the ground. It handled rough terrain with ease, making it a highly reliable option for family trips.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, efficient, and capable vehicle for long road trips. Good luck to KIA, they’ve certainly made a winner with the Sorento.
