Design and Styling

The Chery Arrizo 5 GT features a bold and aggressive design with sharp creases that can be compared to the likes of the Lexus IS. The front fascia is characterized by a huge 'Spindle Grill,' a short and smooth nose with a mesh pattern, and a sleek set of LED headlights. The front look is reminiscent of the Lexus IS, with muscular fenders and aggressive styling cues. On the other hand, the Honda Civic has a more understated design that may appeal to a wider range of buyers.


Interior

The interior of the Chery Arrizo 5 GT can stand toe-to-toe with any high-end modern car, featuring a large screen for the infotainment system and driver's display. The Honda Civic's interior, while spacious and comfortable, lacks the modern flair and tech-forward features found in the Arrizo 5 GT.


Performance and Engine

Under the hood, the Chery Arrizo 5 GT is powered by a turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 197 horsepower and 290 Newton meters of torque. The engine is paired with a 7-speed DCT automatic gearbox, enabling the vehicle to reach 0-100 km in just 6 seconds. The Honda Civic, on the other hand, comes with a naturally aspirated 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 158 horsepower and 187 Newton meters of torque. While the Civic is a reliable performer, it can't match the Arrizo 5 GT's sporty performance.


Price and Value

The Chery Arrizo 5 GT is priced competitively in the Chinese market, starting at around 3.4 million to 4.2 million, significantly cheaper than the Honda Civic. However, the Honda Civic has a well-established reputation for quality and reliability, which could make it a more appealing option for many buyers. The Chery Arrizo 5 GT is still a relatively new entrant to the market, and its long-term reliability and durability are still unknown.
