Kia Picanto is the city car, which was introduced in the auto market in 2004 South Korean automobile manufacturer, KIA has manufactured this vehicle and it is given different names across Asia.
KIA launched its first generation Kia Picanto, which was a five-door hatchback with two petrol engine variants. This vehicle has an automatic transmission and a turbocharged engine and it is also added different entertainment features. This vehicle got two facelifts, one in 2007 and the second in 2010. The company has made minor changes in this vehicle and made some improvements on the exterior and interior sides and it has the integration of the signature ‘tiger-nose grille’.
The 2nd generation Picanto was exhibited in 2011 and this model has the features of a large wheelbase and a bigger design. Kia Picanto Exterior
Kia Picanto 2024 has a compact design and it has the signature tiger-nose grille of Kia, which is in black mesh and chrome outline. The front end of the vehicle has multi-focus reflector headlamps with daytime running lights. The rear end of this vehicle is equipped with lamps ad wipers on the rear screen. On the rear side of the vehicle, there is a purposeful spoiler and the rear screen is also added with a defogger. The car has electrically adjustable and heated side mirrors.

Kia Picanto 2024 variants have a comfortable interior space for five passengers and it is added with motor driver power steering, which is added with electronic power steering and two-spokes. The steering wheel of this car is tilt-adjustable and it has a trip meter steering control. The car has an instrument cluster, which shows a tachometer, manual transmission shift indicator, and a trip computer. The rear seats of the car have headrests, ISOFIX availability, and seatbelts for all three passengers.
Picanto is added with MP3 integrated with AUX, USB, radio, Bluetooth audio, digital clock, and call function, which is added as standard features in this car. Both variants have 4 speakers, which gives the auto experience and you can also find the 9-inch LCD player as an option.
In this car, there are some other standard features, which assist grips, cup holders, 12 volts interior accessory socket, a sunglass holder, an ashtray, and others. You can find the lamps in the overhead console, glove box, front passenger foot area, gear clutch foot, and luggage area. Under the seat of the front passenger, you can find the luggage box and the rear seats have a split of 60/40 to create more space for storage.
Picanto has the folding type keyless entry and it is provided with an immobilizer for security it has the features of a burglar alarm central door locking and security system. The front seat of the vehicle has airbags and you can also find the manual air conditioning heating system and which makes driving convenient with the use of anti-lock braking system ABS

Picanto 2024 in Pakistan is added with Euro 2 compliant 998 cc MPI inline 3-cylinder gasoline engine. This engine has the capacity to generate a maximum power of 69 / 6,200 hp/rpm at a maximum torque of 9.6 / 3500 Nm/rpm.

Picanto faces the extreme competition with the most affordable and value for money vehicle, Cultus, which has spacious interior side and it has better fuel consumption than Picanto. This vehicle has more modern features like airbags, ABS and IsoFix than its competitor, Cultus but Picanto is more expensive than Cultus.
Wagon-R has the strong competition with Picanto as both the vehicles have same specifications but it is considered most affordable hatchback. Wagon-R is cheaper than Picanto and it has more interior space. Picanto is a feature-packed car with a lot of comfort.
