The 3rd Generation Honda Acty was released in 1999, and it is a mid-engine front/four-wheel drive kei mini MPV. It shares the platform with Honda Acty Truck, which is a mini Kei truck with a short flatbed in the rear. Production of the 3rd Generation Honda Acty lasted for 11 years, and Honda halted its production in 2009. Exterior

The 3rd Generation Honda Acty features a minimalistic design language with square side swept headlights, a rectangular grille with multiple inlets, dual rectangular air intakes, and an outward sticking bumper. The sides of the Honda Acty have sliding doors, while the rear end houses horizontal rectangular-styled taillights and a standard case tailgate.
