International Driving License Facility Opens at Main Airport

Overseas Pakistanis traveling through Lahore can now conveniently obtain their intl driving license directly at the airport, thanks to a newly launched driving license facility by the Lahore Traffic Police.

A state-of-the-art airport driving license kiosk will soon be set up in the departure area of Allama Iqbal International Airport. This airport license facility allows travelers to get their airport driving permit quickly by simply presenting a valid local driving license along with a visa. The system issues a printed intl driving permit immediately, making the process fast and hassle-free.

In addition to issuing new international permits, the kiosk also offers services for renewing local driving licenses, learner permits, and existing international licenses. Open 24/7, this driving permit service aims to provide nonstop accessibility to travelers at their convenience.

Officials have also revealed plans to expand the availability of these digital kiosks throughout Lahore. Currently, the city will see an increase to 10 such kiosks by the end of the month, with ambitions to establish up to 100 kiosks across Lahore during the upcoming fiscal year.

This new intl license service at the airport marks a significant step toward simplifying travel formalities for overseas Pakistanis and improving overall traffic services in the city.
