Atlas Honda Reports Remarkable 75% Profit Surge in 9 Months

Atlas Honda Limited (ATLH) has reported an outstanding 75% Profit Surge, achieving a Atlas Honda Profit of Rs. 10.65 billion for the nine months ending December 31, 2024. This marks a significant rise from Rs. 6.08 billion in the same period last year, reinforcing the company’s strong financial position and impressive Honda Earnings Growth.

Growth in Revenue and Profitability
The company’s earnings surged by 27.2%, reaching Rs. 146.86 billion compared to Rs. 115.42 billion in the previous year. This boost in Atlas Honda Sales contributed to a remarkable 79.1% increase in gross profit, climbing to Rs. 14.01 billion from Rs. 7.82 billion last year. The improved profit margins reflect greater operational efficiency and heightened demand in the market.

Despite a 23.5% rise in the cost of production, amounting to Rs. 132.84 billion, the surge in Atlas Honda Revenue outpaced expenses, leading to stronger financial performance and sustained Profit Growth 2024.

Financial and Operational Highlights
The company witnessed a rise in operational expenditures, with marketing and sales costs increasing by 22.5% to Rs. 2.84 billion, while administrative costs grew by 24.1% to Rs. 799.71 million. However, this was balanced by an 18.2% increase in additional income, which totaled Rs. 7.38 billion.

A remarkable 408.4% jump in profit from an associate, reaching Rs. 41.43 million from Rs. 8.15 million last year, further enhanced Honda Quarterly Profit. Additionally, other operational costs declined by 11.7% to Rs. 662.86 million.

Although financial expenses escalated by 55.7% due to rising interest rates, the company’s strong 9-Month Earnings and supplementary income helped mitigate these costs.

Future Prospects and Market Position
Atlas Honda paid Rs. 6.10 billion in taxes, reflecting a 57.2% increase from Rs. 3.88 billion last year. Given this strong financial showing, the Board of Directors has proposed a dividend payout, further strengthening Atlas Honda Growth in the industry.

With consistent expansion and solid profitability, Atlas Honda continues to fortify its leadership in the motorcycle sector.
