Last week, MG Pakistan launched the highly anticipated MG Cyberster at PAPS 2024, the largest auto show in the country organized by PAAPAM. This striking sports car has garnered significant attention due to its unique design and impressive features. Following our initial reviews, images, and specifications shared in previous blogs, we have exciting news: bookings for the MG Cyberster are now open. However, the booking process is a bit different from traditional methods, so let’s guide you through it.

How to Book the MG Cyberster

To book the MG Cyberster, you’ll need to visit the MG Pakistan website. Here’s a step-by-step guide to the process:

>> Go to MG’s website and select "Cyberster" from the model dropdown menu.

>> Click on the “Pre Qualify for Cyberster” tab.

>> Fill out the form with your information, which will be sent to the company via email.

>> After submitting the form, MG Pakistan will contact you to finalize the booking.

Specs & Features

Exterior Design:

The MG Cyberster beautifully combines retro elements with a futuristic aesthetic. Inspired by classic MG roadsters, it boasts a low-slung, aerodynamic body that conveys speed even at a standstill. The car features 100th Anniversary badging and sportiness is enhanced with multi-spoke rims and Brembo brakes.

The front end showcases sleek, angular single-point LED headlights and daytime running lights (DRLs) that blend seamlessly into the sculpted body. The rear is distinguished by sharp, arrow-shaped taillights, while the “Kammback” tail design minimizes drag for improved performance. One of the most exciting features is the retractable soft-top roof, perfect for open-air driving. Additionally, the scissor doors add a touch of flair, operable from five different orientations.

Interior Features:

Inside, the MG Cyberster emphasizes sustainability, utilizing vegan leather and recycled plastics. The driver-focused cockpit features digital displays and advanced controls, enhancing the immersive driving experience. A standout feature is the uniquely designed “yoke” steering wheel.

The cabin is equipped with a grip handle, a center console Bose sound system, an energy calculator, and a digital speedometer. Other notable features include pedal shifters, regenerative braking, and a non-traditional gear selector. The Cyberster also boasts 14 advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) features, launch control, and regenerative braking technology.

Engine and Performance:

The MG Cyberster is available in two variants: all-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive. It is powered by a robust 77kW battery that delivers over 500 horsepower and more than 700 Nm of torque, showcasing impressive speed and power. The car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds, highlighting its dynamic performance. Additionally, the 144kWh charger allows for rapid charging, reaching 10-80% in just 45 minutes.
