Vehicle Registration and Transfer at Home in Islamabad Nadra

NADRA has announced a Doorstep service for car registration at home. This facility abolishes the requirement to go to the excise office for vehicle registration or move.
Khurram Javed the NADRA official informed the media that a group will not just register the car at home but will also issue the license plate.
Roundabout 2,500 people have got the benefit from this facility to register cars no matter how far they are, he adds up. Khurram Javed told:
“The citizens will have to call the numbers of our call centre, our agent books your appointment with details and within two to three days we visit them. We have a process of 10 to 15 minutes to complete the registration” 

He also explained that the NADRA call center representatives take all appropriate data, even though the vehicle is the latest or old. The customers are then asked to prepare their relevant documents and make the payment for the registration of the vehicle.
Khurram Javed explained that a NADRA team then checks the individuals by visiting them and after scrutinizing the documents, checks the vehicle and after that starts the process of biometrics of the applicants.  
Khurram elaborated that PKR. 995 is the extra service price on top of tokens and taxes. Khurram Javed told that this facility of service is yet limited to the capital of Pakistan (Islamabad).
